If you purchased a product directly from NVLT.com and it's not a Final Sale product, you can request a pre-paid return label by contacting us via our Return Portal at NVLT - Returns Center. We will provide you with a digital shipping label to print out. Products returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be issued in the original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process once we receive the returned items.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, once we confirm the returned item meets our conditions.

You will be notified by email when your refund is processed. Keep in mind that your bank may require additional time to credit your account.

We do not issue price adjustments during sale periods. However, if the price permanently reduces within 7 days of your shipment date for an in-stock item of the same color and size, we can adjust it once per item. This excludes promotional events and sale periods, and additional terms may apply.
